Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within the 1–3-day window to let you know your order is on the way! If there are any delays with dispatch, we will contact you with some options on how to proceed with your order should you wish to wait.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and chosen delivery method. If shipping has been overpaid, you will receive a refund via your original payment method.

We offer international shipping to all countries. International orders will always be sent via a tracked method for peace of mind.

Your order may be subject to import or customs charges depending on value and your shipping address. We are not responsible for any fees incurred by your countries’ customs charges.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Buyer must also pay for return shipping.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, or with parts missing, please email us as soon as possible at tamaramortoncrafts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
